Shuntoya Chatman has over 15 years of experience in the human services field and is a native of Waynesboro, GA. Mrs. Chatman attended Burke County Comprehensive High School where she obtained her high school diploma and later furthered her education at Georgia College University. While at GCU, she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Education and a Masters degree in Public Administration.
