Shuntoya Chatman has always been committed to helping others and was influenced as a little girl by her late maternal grandmother to be a cheerful giver. Shuntoya attended Georgia College & State University where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Health Education Degree and a Master of Public Administration Degree. Shuntoya Chatman also earned a Master of Social Work Degree from Valdosta State University. Shuntoya is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and practice in Georgia and South Carolina. She is certified in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Trauma Focus Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). The population she serves include adolescents, adults, and seniors. Shuntoya Chatman has over 19 years of clinical and case management experiences in the mental health field. She has been employed with state and federal government agencies such as Department of Veteran Affairs and Georgia Department of Corrections until her transition to the status of self-employment in 2020. Shuntoya is committed to her role as a change agent and empowering individuals to “Heal the Wholistic Way” which is the business slogan she has adopted. I am a Christian Therapist.
